design mistakes, taking the pressure off so you can enjoy your new home. |
Design Renewal:

Webster defines renewal as
"an expenditure that betters existing fixed assets."
You've invested in your furniture & yet your home still doesn't feel pulled
together. That's where we step in. We consult with you, discuss your design
goals & budget. Utilizing your existing pieces, & adding carefully
chosen accents & accessories we give your home the finished look you desire.

Design fee: Our business is built on our creative solutions &
designs.
With this in mind, our rate is $95.00 per hour, plus charges for
products placed, purchased or services contracted.
We require a 25-50% deposit to retain our services & on purchase orders.
The balance is due upon performance of services, or delivery of merchandise. Your
deposit acts as a contract stating that you are contracting our services, or placing an
order. An interest charge of 5% per month will be added to all outstanding accounts
10 days after performance of service, delivery or installation of merchandise.
Any modifications of these terms must be in writing.
